Gaudalupe Toral 73 years old has been constructing guitars since 1940. Gaudalupe Toral has been retired for 10 years after serving 20 years as a Professor of Guitar Construction at the Fine Arts School of Paracho Michoacan. He started as a young boy being a third generation guitar constructor. In 1947 he created an invention to tune guitars. In 1970's Toral won the Bella Artes for the best built Concert Classical Guitar and in the 1980's he was the first awarded guitar constructor of Paracho to receive the CIDEG award.
